Crazy Grilled Cheese & Shrimp Salad Sliders


Crazy Grilled Cheese:

  • 2 Slices Kings Hawaiian bread Sliced ½’ thick
  • ¼ Avocado Sliced thin
  • 2 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 oz Goat Cheese
  • 1 Tsp Horseradish Mayo
  • Salt
  • Fresh Black pepper
  • Pam or olive oil Spray

-Place Kings Hawaiian Bread on cutting board
-Top each slice with avocado
-Place Swiss cheese on each side & top with Goat cheese
-Grind Black pepper on each side
-Combine to form a sandwich
-Spread the horseradish on the outside of the bread
-In a medium high heat pan spray Pam
-Place grilled cheese in pan & sear over med heat for 1.5 – 3 minutes each side or until each side is golden brown
-Remove from pan & cut on a long bias
-Place on plate & side with a Chilled Cucumber salad & veggie chips



Shrimp Salad Sliders:

  • ½ lb of shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 Tbsp Diced ½ Sour Pickles
  • 2 Tbsp Celery Brunoise
  • 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Brunoise
  • 1 tsp Chives, sliced Fine
  • 1 tsp Tarragon Minced
  • 8 tbsp Mayo
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Kings Hawaiian sweet rolls


-Combine all ingredients except bread
-Toast each side carefully (do not burn)
-Place salad on each bottom & top with toasted top!
-Side with a Great Fruit Salad, Fries or Veggie Chips!
